The PIPEs Conference will feature new pre-event workshops. These workshops are included with your conference registration, and will offer education geared for companies, prospective PIPE investors, and others interested in learning the fundamentals of the PIPE business. Presented in a classroom setting, these workshops provide technical education that you won't find anywhere else.

The program covers all of the intricacies of PIPEs including the trading strategies used by investors, how to analyze contractual provisions in deal documents, understanding the key regulatory and legal issues, and picking up on future deal trends before your competition does.
