Mr. Kipper is the Commissioner of the Nevada Division of Insurance, and has held various legislative and regulatory positions in Oregon, Louisiana, and Washington D.C.

MICHAEL BOUTWELL
Louisiana Department of Insurance
Mr. Boutwell is the Director of Company Licensing, and is responsible for the review of all applications and annual reports for viatical brokers, providers and investment agents in Louisiana.

ERIC WERNER
Securities and Exchange Commission
Mr. Werner is a Branch Chief in the Division of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission, and was the lead investigative attorney that halted the fraudulent securities offering by life settlement company ABC Viaticals, Inc.
